This TwinGig SFP Converter Module transforms a 10 Gigabit Ethernet X2 interface into two Gigabit Ethernet Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) ports. Customers can initially deploy the switch with Gigabit Ethernet uplinks and later transition to 10 Gigabit Ethernet uplinks as business demands evolve, maintaining flexibility and minimizing infrastructure changes.

The TwinGig SFP Converter Module is compatible with the Cisco Catalyst 4500 E-Series Supervisor 6-E and the Cisco Catalyst 4500 E-Series 6-Port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Line Card, enhancing its versatility and integration capabilities within Cisco network environments.
